How to pour a beer

1. To pour draft beer, tilt the cup 45 degrees and place it as close to the tap as possible.
2. Pull the handle (all the way) and fill the cup halfway to two-thirds, then level the glass and fill to the top.
3. This is the standard pour for beer and ensures you get the optimal amount of head in your beer.

If there is too much head/foam tilt the cup back and continue filling until there is an optimal amount

How to change a keg

First, make sure the keg is empty by lifting it up. It will feel light.

1. Take off the regulator by lifting the handle and turn the regulator.

2. Lift off the connection, take away the used keg, bring out a new.

3. Take the seal off the keg. Put down the connection and twist it into place.

4. Press the handle down and its ready to be used.
